Do you know the sex of the baby yet? Or do you not want to know until it's born?

 

Well, the baby was very stubborn. Wouldn't move once the scanner was placed on my belly. Held COMPLETELY still. And was in a position where there was no way to see. And I was happy about that, because I truly didn't want to know.

But now, it's getting harder to TALK to the baby without saying "she" or "he" and if it's one or the other, I'll feel so badly about calling it the wrong gender. Plus, nowadays it's harder to find newborn baby layette items that are gender neutral because almost all parents opt to find out the sex. Damn it all.

So now I want to know, but probably won't know for about 7.5 weeks.

 

Haha. Well, whatever the baby is, I hope it's healthy.
