I am so pissed about this administration. They are so fucking incompetent. OK; Iraq, war is always confusing so screw ups can be expected. Katrina was the worst hurricane in US history, of course the government will fuck things up. But the Moussaoui prosecution!!!! They caught a plotter (actualy had him in jail on 9/11). He plead guilty. All they had to do was the penalty phase. That's it. The biggest trial in decades and all they had to do was the penalty phase. AND THEY SCREW IT UP with prosecutorial misconduct. They are just plain incompetent. Jackasses. "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequatly explained by incompetence."
And the sign says "Long-haired freaky people need not apply" So I put my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why He said you look like a fine outstanding young man, I think you'll do So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that, huh, me working for you" [Chorus:] Signs, signs, everywhere there's signs Fuckin' up the scenery, breakin' my mind Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign And the sign says "Anybody caught trespassing will be shot on sight" So I jumped the fence and I yelled at the house Hey! What gives you the right! To put up a fence and keep me out, or to keep Mother Nature in If God was here, he'd tell it to your face, man, you're some kind of sinner [Chorus] Oh, say now mister, can't you read You got to have a shirt and tie to get a seat You can't watch, no you can't eat, you ain't supposed to be here And the sign says "You got to have a membership card to get inside" - uh! [Solo] And the sign says "Everybody welcome, come in, kneel down and pray" But then they passed around a plate at the end of it all And I didn't have a penny to pay So I got me a pen and a paper and I made up my own fuckin' sign I said, "Thank you Lord for thinking 'bout me, I'm alive and doing fine", oh [Chorus 2x] Yes! Some old song, called "Signs Signs", I wish we did write that one, but We didn't - wow! Alright
I think the real jackasses are the people who believe the "official" 9/11 conspiracy put out by the government and lapdog media.
did george bush appoint this person to prosecute the case? Does he appoint the person who assigned this lady to prosecute the case?
Doesn't matter. He didn't write "this fool GWB" he wrote "this fool administration". Nice try though...
the term "administration" doesn't mean every government employee. My question still stands and i'll wait on it before i pass judgment. The lawyer is obviously a bonehead.
I specificaly did not write Bush, because it is unreasonable to hold him accountable for this screw up. At the same time, it is his administration and his responsibility. The power of the executive is vested in the President. They screwed up. I'm tired of seeing my country screw up.
edit: was this not a judicial screwup? Why is this an executive screwup? I can see it if bush appointed someone who fuckedup...but how does this tie to the executive branch?
incompetent, or something more sinester; a calculated appearance of incompetance as a sort of slight of hand to get away with even more criminal intent and fortify the organized ciminal intrests it represents further against any judicial redress against themselves, without reguard to what this is doing to the very political structure they have usurped and corrupted? how do you prevent any government in any form under any idiology from being controlled by criminal interests? constitutions are an attempt to do this. but they are only an attempt, and not infallable. they are the closest anything has come in human history to doing so. but only close, not the golden cigar at the end of the rainbow. =^^= .../\...
It was not the judge that erred, it was a lawyer. Either a Justice Department procecutor or a FAA lawyer depending on your point of view. Both the Justice Dpt. and the FAA are executive branch.
i figured the lawyers were part of the judiciary, my bad. Thanks. Either way, the lawyer was not part of the administration..but the executive branch. If bush(or AG) doesn't take care lawyer, then its teh administrations fault. But i agree with what you're saying. It is rather sad that our government cant prosecute a simple case without a blunder.
