that's a stupid way to lose weight. you won't be getting the nutrients your body needs. if you're any one of the girls in the pic, you don't need to lose weight. stop letting groupthink and pop culture propaganda determine how you feel about your body. i'd say perhaps if you're concerned about your diet, you should consult a nutritionalist and maybe come up with a balanced plan for your eating, but please don't go on a silly crash diet. especially since you're only 16 and possibly still growing. you need protein, fiber, and GOOD fats in your diet. exercise will help you keep in shape. plus, if you go on a crash diet like that, you'll lose weight temporarily, but gain more back once you go back to eating like a normal person. just be healthy and get exercise and you'll stay in shape.

you don't need to lose weight.

But even if you did need to lose, that's a terrible diet and not sustainable. What about dark leafy greens tossed with balsamic vinegar, seasonings and olive oil, if no other fats, at least include olive oil in your diet. Grapes, berries are also packed with nutrients and very low cal.

That's a really dangerous way of losing weight. If you aren't eating fats, your body cells will start stealing nutrients other ways...like from you organs.

You are going to make yourself fat that way and fuck up your body hard core hunny. It will make you fat because eating that little your body goes in to starvation mode so your metabolism is REALLY REALLY LOW. so when you do eat it makes it into fat more than if you were eating regularily... Also Once your body has eatin all of the fat on your body it moves to your muscles and organs and fucks everything up... Please if you MUST lose weight which you probably dont need to do it a healthy way!!! Eat right and often because that keeps your metabolism going but You have to make sure you are eating healthy everything in modersation dear.

first, don't try diet pills. Second, women naturally have some fat on them, which appears at puberty (your age) so you might just be reacting to that; many girls do when they suddenly develop these normal fat deposits. Based on the pics, you're already looking pretty good.

Third, the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your diet and lifestyle. It's simply a matter of burning more calories than you consume. You have to exercise, and you have to eat smart and healthy. You're fat-loss-diet should be your new life diet, not a temporary diet...otherwise the fat loss will also be temporary. Clearly you can't live on the few foods you posted, so it's pointless, and bad for your health.

Boobs are the first to go when losing weight. You don't need to lose any weight!
