ok i had both my nipples peirced 2 years ago and when i got pregnant i had to take them out due to sore boobs and metal wasn't helping at all. My holes are now healed on the inside but i can still see the holes on the outside also since i am breastfeeding my milk comes out of these holes. Can someone please explain why this is happening
chances are you got pierced through milk ducts. essentially a healed piercing is like a big duct. when it shrank down, the part of the duct probably did not close off from the outside. i dont think its anything to worry about as long as it isnt giving you problems.
