so every morning... or after noon, ok...hmmm alright everyDAY haha, before i pretty much start my ACTUAL day, outside of the house or what not... just my routine, tha first things i do when i open my eyes in tha morning... or usually earlier afternoon, i have routines i have to do or else i dont feel right... one of them includes doing yoga ( ...pilates tried some tai chi...also owuld like to know more if any out there have any tips ) but i always HAVE to get yoga in there whetha tha others are or not... but tha other day, i came across this type of yoga/martial arts/meditation... budokon... i think thats tha correct name but i could be mistaken, anyways... i was wondering if any one knew anything about it or was interested in tha type of thng... (it brings out osmething great... maybe past to because when i was younger i practice kuajukimbo for about 4 years... dont knwo why i ever stopped...)... i was doing it with tha short video, and it was just soooo intense it was nuts, in a GREAT way though... loved it! i recommend it but yes yes does anyone know anything about it or what not? okietay* thank you ...
