Blood drug test...........

OK here is the deal. I have not smoked heavy since April. I have had a few tokes in May and then in June, but nothing more that 3 puffs a month. I have not smoked anything this month. I get weekly marijuana test, In June I failed 2 and this month I failed two. I dont see how this is possible since I dont really smoke and I Always drink lots of water before the test etc. The funny part is after I did have a couple of puffs I passed. then weeks later I failed. How is this? These are home test that some bitch comes to my house to do. I went to the hosptal to have a blood drug test done to use for some kind of backup. Are these test more accurate? Has anyone ever had one? What do you think my results will be like? I would like some insight from anyone, thanks.

 

Make sure you're not taking anything that will cause fals positives like ibuprofen, aspiring, tylenole, etc.


Blood tests aren't as accurate as piss tests, but there's just not any way to fool them.

If it's been more than 2 weeks, yes. By that time nearly all the THC in your blood will have passed through your kidneys and it will be in your bladder now.


Blood tests are technically more accurate, but practically useless because your bloodstream is clear within two weeks. If your PO is making you do one, it's probably to see if you're smoking regularly.

 

I had the blood test two days after the urine test. If it is negative can I use the results in court?

 

I don't think so. A urine test is sort of the superior method to testing. So, if it gives you a negative, then the only other test you could use to refute the results is a hair test. That wouldn't work to your advantage, though, because hair tests can go as far back as 6 months.

 

Well I took the blood test to prove that I was not smoking marijuana. I guess I am fucked then. I thought that if I passed the blood test then it would prove something in court. Cant I say that the urine test failed me on Tuesday and I passed a blood test on Thursday. Do you think that would work?

 

No, 'cause you have a shorter range on the blood. To them it just means that it's been more than two weeks than you've smoked, but you still smoked.

 

I went to court July 2nd and passed the piss test.But on the 6th and the13th I failed the home test. I took the blood test on the 15th, If I pass that and bring it to court will that prove that I have not been smoking? Because on the 1st the day before court I failed her home test, then passed the one at court.

 

I think you would do better pointing out that you ALWAYS pass the tests at court, and fail the home tests. Point out that there may be a flaw in the home test. Look online and read about the things that will give you false positives on the home test. Whatever you do, fight it...you should't get punished for smoking when you didn't...i mean you may as well have then, right?

 

I know I wish that I had of smoked. And everytime I get a test in court I pass. I am trying to fight it now but no one believes me. Thats why I ran and took the blood test. Do you think that will work now that I have explained everything?

 

Possibly. You can also request to have a court-administered piss-test. I think you're still within the time.

 

Here is what you should do. When they come to drug test you make sure you have lots of liquids in you so you piss alot. Then take the cup fill it to the brim, walk out of the bathroom and throw it in their damn faces. Don't forget to say "You want my piss biyatch?"

 

I really wish that I could do that. The though of it gives me a good laugh.

 

Well I got the Blood test results back, and Everything came back negative.So I will show it to her today, she will be here today at 1pm. I am also going to go somewhere else to get tested if that is possible. Because somebody is fucking up and it is not me.
