it started one full day ago...my belly is just no good. i've taken to eating rice, which has not made me poop, but i ate some soy milk with the rice this morning and right after i had to poop - and the poop is belly upset poop. i know - rice and bananas - any other suggestions? it sucks pooping out my nutrition.
Are you constipated? I hear an alfalfa fluid extract, 1 tbsp in water or juice 3 times daily is supposed to help. You could try milk of magnesia, I did once, but don't think it's the best way. Up your fiber intake, that may help. Oatmeal always does the trick for me (I eat it daily and am VERY regular). To me though, it sounds like you're sick. Keep eating healthy (a well rounded diet, I hope you're eating more than rice and bananas), take a vitamin and eat some oranges. You'll probaby be fine pretty soon either way.
ha! no - the opposite problem. i am 'fiber girl,' the coolest superhero around. i definitely know how to fiber it up. the last couple of days i've been going 'too much.' i went to whole foods market and purchased some high-acidopholous soy yogurt from the natural remedies aisle. we'll see.
