all it is right! give your body change by itself and never compare it with another one, coz they are different. I am 22 and still is growning hair on my chest it is strange but i live i have no control on it hehehe, and neither you have on ur body. the Last thing, when you finally got full of hair you underarm you will desire being 14 again, so better for you it is to enjoy you have nothing underarm
