Anyone know where I can get this? Do health food stores carry it?

I'm so sorry, I have NO idea! I'm sitting here scratching my head & thinking "wouldn't that be what you get if you grind up a teflon pan?!?" Not very helpful, am I.

I saw kelp granules in the plastic bin-thingies at my health food store last week... I was trying to figure out what someone would do with them! They were in with the herbs, not the grains.

Boy did you pick a subject that is one of my all time favorites. If I were straight and the marrying type, I would definitely go for an Ethiopian woman. Their cooking and cuisine is the most satisfying that I know. I am a huge fan of sourdough and when I discovered the injera pancakes I felt as if I had come home. I live in Los Angeles where Ethiopian restaurants abound. There is a store
http://www.rosalindsrestaurant.com/coffee_tea.html that is attached to one of the restaurants where all of the ingredients needed can be found.

Good luck in the search :)

Bob's Red Mill is one site

    TeffCo is another

Not a place to buy t'ef, but good information on Ethiopia.

Hahaha thanks Duncan :) I want to make some injera cakes for my daughters lunch (to take to school) She likes to have things to dunk in the split pea soup and bean stews I make. All the kids at school tell her I make "weird" lunches! No hohos or juice boxes for my kids! Now, I am buying the twinkie bake set so I can make vegan twinkies for the kids (ok, and me too lol)

The kelp granules are for tofu "fishy" sticks Im making for the kids :)
    Anyone want the recipe?
