i am wondering how big diffirence there is in the prices. i know the tattoo i want its a sign ill get to my left arm. in finland ive been told it costs 100-150e to do a tattoo that size but then again ive heard i could get it done for 50-80e in amsterdam in a good tattoo-parlor. ive been looking through several websites but ill just probably walk in the first store i find. so is my budget realistic?
