Its been killing me. My stomach kills every night when I have to sleep. Tonight I can't get any. The night before I slept fitfully and woke up every 2 hrs or so. Its been going this way for a week now. I'm wondering if maybe I'm even in the early stages of labor because my back hurts so much. *shrugs* just posting because theres nothing else to do and no one up to talk to. :)

ello fellow insomniac....i'm not pregnant right now, just can't sleep (an odd complaint coming from someone who has a 6 month old baby, i guess)
I just basically looked at those nights with no sleep as practice for what was yet to come....don't really have many tips as I had the same complaint and nothing ever worked....

    Hi, fellow insomniac!

I just woke up at 4 am, wide awake, with the strongest contractions to date so far in this pregnancy. I took a shower and just relaxed under the hot water for a bit.

Now, I'm just drinking a bit of water. And soon, I'll go back in to cuddle Brian.

I have nothing to say that helps. Just letting you know you're not alone :)

Take some calcium before bed. It relaxes your muscles. I used to get horrible pains in my uterus at night but I don't since taking the calcium.
