Its been killing me. My stomach kills every night when I have to sleep. Tonight I can't get any. The night before I slept fitfully and woke up every 2 hrs or so. Its been going this way for a week now. I'm wondering if maybe I'm even in the early stages of labor because my back hurts so much. *shrugs* just posting because theres nothing else to do and no one up to talk to.
ello fellow insomniac....i'm not pregnant right now, just can't sleep (an odd complaint coming from someone who has a 6 month old baby, i guess) I just basically looked at those nights with no sleep as practice for what was yet to come....don't really have many tips as I had the same complaint and nothing ever worked....
Hi, fellow insomniac! I just woke up at 4 am, wide awake, with the strongest contractions to date so far in this pregnancy. I took a shower and just relaxed under the hot water for a bit. Now, I'm just drinking a bit of water. And soon, I'll go back in to cuddle Brian. I have nothing to say that helps. Just letting you know you're not alone
Take some calcium before bed. It relaxes your muscles. I used to get horrible pains in my uterus at night but I don't since taking the calcium.
