I've been through a period where I was alive but not living, but I'm trying to get out of that now! and I REALYREALLYREALLY want to go to the dead shows at least one, but I am broke, but that does not mean I've given up hope (never give up hope )

welcome Vanessa! you seem like a cool sister, and I love Asheville! I lived in Chapel Hill for five years, but I'm back in Orlando, where I grew up. I would like to live in Asheville if I could figure out how to make a living there. I'm planning a trip to NC in Sept to visit friends and go camping. no doubt will camp around Asheville! maybe we'll bump into each other. there are many kind souls visiting this forum, and I know you will meet a good few. what kind of yoga do you teach? I have practiced Ashtanga for about a year. Namaste'
I can definately see there are kind souls on these boards! I don't have a lot of time on the computer for fun, but anytime I do I'll be sure to visit! Some times I feel like it's impossible to have intellectual conversations with anybody I'm around. So this could be nice I love to voice my opinion, and hear others.I don't really like to debate though, I respect everyones opinion, and like mine to be respected to. These boards, and Asheville both seem like great places to meet good people! If you do make a trip to Asheville let me know, I love to meet new people! Making a living here doesn't seem to be a problem, but I guess it depends on what you do. I'm not currently teaching any yoga right now, just practicing on my own, but I don't practice any certain kind. I was taught that yoga is yoga. It all boils down to the same thing-union of the mind, body, and spirit. Oh by the way-snakes actually represent the kundillini life force, so thats a good thing! And I will definately not give up on the dead shows! I am a firm believer that miricles do happen and if they don't theres always a good reason! Peace and Love to all!
