... with fair accuracy when your cell phone is about to cut out on you ? I only know certain pockets around which I travel. And I find it amusing that some of the worst spots are in some of the wealthiest neighborhoods !

nope.. don't use it often enough too, aside from when I head into this underground tunnel covered in layers of concrete because nothing transmits from there I can tell when my cellphone is gonna ring though, if it's within a halfmetre of my computer. My speakers squeak just before my cell rings lol
I dont like my cell phone, so I tend not to use it unless someone calls me. And the only people who do that is my boss, (which I usually don't answer) or my wife, (which I also hardly ever answer)....so I really don't know if mine ever cuts out.
