Has anybody been to this place? A few people I know claim this is the best coffeeshop in the rld. I'll be in Adam in may and am wondering if this is the place i should do my shopping.
not bad, definately not the best. has a nice table in the back near two bay windows directly overlooking a nice canal though!
Huh? canal? It is a very cool place. DO NOT BUY YOUR WEED THERE. Average at best. BUT, upstairs it has the coolest view over the entire Damrak. sp

The Coin is right down the street as well as Baba(Marshall Mathers hangout). I like Het Orwoud, but it is a pretty locals place. You must have the right attitude to enter. Sheeba is right there too. The Coin is my suggestion. Beautiful mother and daughter run the place. yeah the young lady at the coin is one of the nicest people I have met in amsterdam.....you must get there Jack Herrer!!!!
The Owners of The Coin also own Hunters Bar which is on the other side of the street towards C.S.. Top notch weed at Hunters and The Coin.

The music is usually disco so I can't hang too long. Gear is marginal imo but then again I never hang long enough to test too much out. Bubblegum is supposed to be decent according to old reviews. Worth a stop.
