good for you! i think everyone knows deep down what to do. fresh fruits and veggies lots of chicken and fish(non shell for you) and plenty of exercise. You are a nursing student? Have you had any nutrition classes yet? Do some up yoga. It will change your life.
The only way is to consistently burn more calories than you take in. Excercise more, eat less (or better).
