Too bad I gave away all of my books. Well, I guess technically they were "borrowed" by a friend of mine who I haven't seen again in over 4 years.

Anyway, My favorites would probably be Heaven (most of the casteel series, minus gates of paradise) and My Sweet Audrina. I think it's a little odd that they keep putting out books with her name on it even though she's been dead since 1986. It kind of sucks, because Ive read some of "her" recent books and they make me fucking cringe, they suck so much.

I'd like to know why so many of the stories she did manage to complete were so centered on rape and/or incest.

im a huge fan of vc andrews. i admit it. she had the most disturbing sexual fantasies but i read it. i've been reading it since 8th grade and have them be my guilty pleasures. they are so fast and easy to read. my favorites were the flowers in the attic series.

I have only read books of Logan series, except the last one about Olivia, and I like them very much.

my mum collects VC Andrews books & thats certainly rubbed of on me. my favourites are the flowers in the attic serise, there was also a film made about the first flowers in the attic book, neadless to say "its shite", my mum also has quite a few interviews of her on taped in which she says the flowers in the attic serise are based on what she went through in her life.

terra, you should read the last book, the olivia one, it puts the whole serise into perspective, explains alot! the whole reason why she was so nasty, a thrilling read!

i love v.c. andrews books. i've been reading them for so many years. so many i still haven't read. but i have collected almost all of them. i agree they really have gone down hill with the guy completing her started works that she wasn't able to finish. but i did just love my sweet audrina, what a book. my other favorite was a newer one i have to admit, but i think it was a series she had started and he finished. the Landry series with the first book Ruby. I don't know why but i just loved the bayou setting and all. but she was an amazing writer, one of my favorites definitely.

Hello, I just recently started reading VC Andrews books and love them. Could anyone possibly send me a complete list of her books. I have tried to find a list every place but have had no luck. I would greatly appreciate it. My email is im2fiesty4u23@aol.com. Thanks, Rachael

    The original ones are:
    Petals on the Wind
    If There Be Thorns
    Seeds of Yesterday
    Garden of Shadows
    All from the dollanganger series,

    then there's:
    heaven
    dark angel
    fallen hearts
    gates of paradise
    web of dreams
These are from the casteel series.

She had one novel, My Sweet Audrina, that shit was creepy.

She died in 1986, so she only had seven original books (those are underlined, I think those are the right ones at least) and everything else has been written by a so called "ghost writer", I found out his name is Andrew Neiderman....so far as I can tell he writes really shitty books of his own. There have been a few good ones that have come out under her name, but most of them seem to be recycled garbage to me. Same stories, same plots for the most part, just different characters. I liked the Logan series with Melody, but that's about it.

If anyone's interested, I just started up a v.c. andrews fanlist here. Check it out if you're interested....I'm still working on it though. :p

My mom loves them and although I have never finished any of her books (I tend to do that) from what I read she's pretty good.
