You would be insterested in allowing scientist to perform experiments on your body? Not a good idea if you ask me but anyways you should go to a local hospital they can help you.

Hey I like the idea of being able to do experiments on somebody, how much ya want? Totally kidding, kinda tired and at a truckstop and the usual jokes are flying on the radio.

You don't want to be experimented on.

lol I told you to go by one of your local hospitals if your dead serious about harming your body. That would be cool if you asked them to try to clone you or something.

They could turn you into a Shrek!!!!

uh, i don't think hospitals do the experiments. i would imagine asking the receptionists about this and getting weird looks.

I live in (near) a big metropolitan area with a big medical center and I constantly see ads in newspapers looking for people to participate in medical studies and drug trials. I'm not sure about becoming a cadaver, though. Just look in the paper.

Taking a chance being a human guinea pig. Six, very fit young men have recently landed in hospital in the UK after taking part in drug trials. Thought they'd make a bit of extra cash, and ended up at deaths door. Risky business!

of course its risky business. i think its a case of if-you-didnt-know-then-you-deserved-it

but medicines/treatments need test subjects long before they can be used to help people in need. when animal testing is so villified, human tests are becoming much more dangerous. the price we pay

This was a new leukemia drug, and had supposedly been tested as far as it could on animals, but a dog had died from its effects. Guy who was given a placebo, said that within minutes of taking the drug, the guys were rolling in agony and screaming for help. Drug company reckons it doesn't know what happened, worse, doctors were at a loss as how to treat them. I suppose somebody has to do it, but I wouldn't risk it, coward that I am.

Yeah, and it's all about money anyway, not about helping suffering humanity or anything like that. Here in the US, after the drug companies develop the stuff and market it, half the people can't afford it anyway ('course you've got the NHS in UK, so it's different for you). I wouldn't sacrifice my health for some greedy drug company's profit.

I've been an asthma meds guinea pig. One made market, one didn't.
I figure it'll kill me anyway, why not help someone if I can?
Neither worked, which is why I'm a fave test subject: resistant to most treatments.
