I haven't done a pastel drawing in a good 3-4 years, so excuse me but I'm a little rusty....but this is what I did today:
i really like your portrait and i think the composition is good, but i'm not very fond of the music notes. if you croped it it would be better. but that's just my opinion.
haha i agree. at that point i just ran out of ideas, really. lol thanks though I'm glad you think the composition is good.... that's what I'm trying to work at, before I finish this other big piece I started years ago. I want to get my skill back up to par first, so that I don't screw up a nice piece.
