That Tous En Scene performance is on the official DVD in much better quality.. ...if you look really closely, you can see a boy in the audience with his finger in his ears..

Great video, thanks a lot! The butler is funny, hid behind a wall having a smoke (sounds like me!) He looks like the only one who's enjoying it, the crowd look dead! Dazed and Confused makes even me want to get up and dance!
The thing with Tous en Scène is that it was not really a rock'n'roll event. It was more a family type of thing with marching bands performing and stuff like that. Nobody expected to hear such a wild performance. So that explains the reaction of the crowd. Plus, the sound was terrible. Poor Bonzo! It's far from being my favorite part of the Led Zep DVD although I quite like to watch the beginning when they are backstage and the stage manager or whatever he is gets exasperated because Jonesy's missing lol. "Allez là, où il est le quatrième?" lol.
