Three weeks is a long time. If fiber (I live organivc bran flakes or granola, or dried apricots if I get stopped up, with a LOT of water) doesn't help, you may want to see a doctor.

If you go too long withough pooping, your rectum will actually lose the ability to feel when you need to go, and you can get worse. Chances are small that this'll happen, but talk to a doctor. Milk of Magnesia or even a glycerin suppository (lubed well so it goes in nice) may help.

I hope you cam poop. In the maeatime, stop al dairy, as it makes you constipated, and produces more muicous.

(I have kids, so talking about poop isn't a deal for us.) ;)

    1) Fibers, lots of it
    2) Water
    3) Exercice

If that doesn't help, go see a doctor

buy the powder fiber drink some with each meal you well never be constipated laxative are a big nono and should be use only if you discover yo are constipated the first time as a quick relief. be carefull with what you eat = example chocolate make some people get the run other is the other way around also many regular medicine makes you constipated . solution powder fiber if you have constant constipaton and is not a gut twisting laxative either.

As has been said, a high fiber diet will do the job, along with drinking lots of water. to get things going, though, I'd suggest milk of magnesia. I used that once after I'd had diahrea for a week then got better, but was completely constipated for about a week. It works, and works with a vengence, haha. But it will get stuff moving again.

Try this before seeing a doctor.

There are loads and laods of things you can try from aloe-vera tea (but alot of it as a little will make it worse!!)
    high calcium diet
    senna is the best
    stomach massage
    exercise
    eat more fruit and veg

prune juice can work ok but if it really bad like impact then it wont believe me (i've had it all lol)
