Seriously though if any of you have long hair and are thinking about cutting it, Do It!! If you have a 10inch pony tail you can send it to Locks for Love.
I believe this is the correct name, but this is a charity that helps to make wigs for cancer patients who are losing there hair. Just save your 10inch+ ponytail and send it in.

Yes, it is a good idea to donate your hair to locks of love....but damn when someone puts it like the way you did, i don't know, i think i'd have to smack you upside your head, honestly.

I have hair that is QUITE long, and actually, on my birthday this year, i am getting 10 inches cut off for that purpose....I decided this back in April.
You're a good sport for supporting Locks of Love, it shows you have a heart..but choose your words carefully (referring to the title you chose), it might offend some people. That's the last thing you want is a group of pissed off people when all you tried to do was suggest a generous thing.

Ya I really like my hair too. I cut it when I was 9, (I had hair to my waist and I sent it to LOL.) The only problem was I looked like a moose! People told me I did! I told them, (being the witty 4th grader I was,) that I could be helping one of their relatives. Man, that felt good!

The other day I was at my cousin's church thingie, (as you can tell I'm not religious!) There was a girl with hair down to to her knees! I almost flopped over dead! When I was in Jamaica, there was a Rasta man with dreads down to his ankles! There, the longer your dreads are, the closer you are with Jah! Mortimo Plano, (Bob Marley's spiritual advisor,) had a few small dreads and one giant one! It was awesome.

"Gimme a head with hair, long, (or short,) beautiful hair!"

You know,...they say most people donate to charity to feel good about themselves, (which i'm sure is right in a lot of cases,) but a lot of people truly care about affecting the world. I know I for one want to make a difference and I have run into many more enlightened people who care about the world and the people that live in it not just about themselves, and after reading my last post on this thread I realized I might have sounded that way then. I want to reassure everyone that was NOT my intention.
