The ERA

The Equal Rights Amendment was never ratified by congress in the United States.

 

i thought it was the IRS .

 

yeah, that, too. but wasn't the discussion about the ERA to do with the fact with women & minorities finally getting their right to vote that they were now fully considered within the consitution equal citizens and that there was no need for yet another ammendment.
