When are right wing Christian groups like 700 Club, Operation Rescue, Westboro Baptist Chruch (Fred "God Hates Fags" Phelps's "church"), Jim Nichols of www.truechristian.com, and other right wing (so-called) Christian nut balls going to feel the full brunt of the "war on terrorism"? Fanatical Muslims aren't the only religious extremists capable of terrorism on a mass scale. Look at all the abortion clinics that have been blown up and doctors murdered, IN THE NAME OF GOD, mind you. So God damned hypocritical, if you ask me. I actually hope that they are not forgiven for their sins, it's so vile. And look at the wild eyed homophobe Fred Phelps threatening everyone who disagrees with him to picket their home or church with anti-gay slogans and filing lawsuits against those who see through his phoniness and tell him to go to Hell. Heck, Fred Phelps is a f***ing GREEN WING MACAW (Gay White Male, G.W.M.) himself.

The number of christian terrorists that actually commit violence is minute compared with Islamic terrorists. The 700 Club is NOT a terrorist organization--what acts of violence have they commited? The abortion clinic bombings are rediculous, but they are few and far between, and usually individuals rather than terrorist organizations are behind them. I think you just have a problem with christian fundamentalists, which is fine, but you can't call them terrorists.

The "God Hates Fags" douchebags are repulsive, but that doesn't mean they don't have the right to say what they want to say.

Maybe the 700 Club officially is not a terrorist organization, but I bet many of those who send money to Pat Robertson's organization sympathize with the likes of Paul Hill, Eric Rudolph and Timothy McVeigh, all of whom committed un-Christian acts of terrorism like murdering abortion doctors, blowing up abortion clinics, and blowing a federal building. My problem is with Christian and other religious extremists, not mainstream Christians and followers of other religions. We need to try to end ALL terrorism, foreign and domestic, not just Islamic terrorism from Al Quaeda or Hamas in the Middle East. And that includes people who hide behind the Holy Trinity (and then blasphemes the same) to justify their dastardly deeds.

Howver, those "god hates fags" green wing macaws don't have the right to threaten others with violence. That is not protected by the First Amendment. Those green wing macaws should be put back in their cages at the zoo or the aviary. They're nothing but a bunch of repressed homosexuals who are ashamed of the fact they're homosexuals.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, Timothy McVeigh and all the abortion clinic bombers, and those guys who killed Mathew Sheppard ALL went to prison...so what's your point? Since they're all in jail it's not like the government gives special priveledges to christian terrorists. So what exactly are you complaining about?

We should set up a reservation for all the religious fundamentalists to live in, each with their own neighborhood, and see how that turns out;)

Are you trying to make sense?

Religion wont make you sympathize with Timothy McVeigh, and he didn't blow up the Murrah Building for religous purposes. - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/1321244.stm

FYI: I'll bet that the majority of this forum would sympathize with his motive, his means are another matter.

you really need to learn about recent world history
Not the point. The point is that religious terrorists BELIEVE they are acting in accord with their faith the same as non terrorist religious people do. They are merely a different side of the same coin. All non religious people are, according to religious text, is evil, those who oppose your beliefs are evil. Also you forget that the U.S president is a religious crackpot who believes in creationist theories and actively wages war with the notion and expressed opinion that GOD is on his side

The conservative right is responsible for the deaths in Iraq. They operate under the cloak of acceptable politics but they are responsible for the loss of life. They are also responsible for standing back and allowing the loss of innocent life in Lebanon, while the Israeli's did a land grab.

And anyone can be considered a terrorist, the term itself hasn't been defined by this administration.
