Here's one mainly for the girls: Do you find a beer belly unattractive? Im getting married for the second time next month, and at a new year party, the best friend of my fiancee patted my belly and told me, "I hope you've got rid of that by the wedding". Since then I've been close to paranoid and dieting and excercising like an idiot and lost 16 pounds. My fiancee says she's ok with how I look and not to worry, she loves me what ever I look like on the day. Tell me girls, is a guys figure important, or is it how i am that counts. Do I need to stress?
No way hun, just chill.. my hubby had a six pack when we met.. now he has a bit of a belly and to tell you the truth.. I LOVE it... its so soft and comforting.. I wouldnt want him to get rid of it! I'm sure you're fiance agrees that she loves you for more that just your physique anyway...dont worry to much about it... just enjoy your wedding. There's plenty enough stress surrounding that day to begin with. Congratulations and good luck!
i've always been a party girl. guys with beer bellies are just fine to me, really. i want a man with some meat on him, who i will feel safe with, and who isn't going to be all crazy about going to the gym all the time. and idk... a beer belly kind of indicates that he's into having a good time just as much as i am. as long as its not a huge problem with him, i'm cool with it, too.
Well, I like a guy to be in decent shape. As long as you don't look pregnant, I'm ok with it. And more importantly, I want him to be healthy. As long as he's not at risk for heart-disease gentically, and has regular doctor visits... She loves you for you. I don't think she even gives your stomach a second thought or she wouldn't be marrying you!
That was a rather tactless thing for the best friend to say. Your fiance and her best friend have different opinions on this...to each their own, and who's opinion matter more, really... as your fiance has told you she likes you the way you are don't worry about it. Just try not to get sloppy and get into any worse shape.
I can't express how happy I am!!! could someone look at my gallery and tell me if thats a bad belly or good one??? pweez???
Do you trust your fiance? Or do you think she's a liar? Frankly, if you had any reason to stress, you most likely would not be engaged. Focus on staying healthy for her so that you two can share a long life together -- if that comes with weight loss, great, if not, so be it. Either way, you've found someone who loves you for you. Don't let someone else's shallowness put a wedge between you and the woman you love.
Do I find them attractive? No. Would I deal with it? Yeah, sure. I like skinny boys. Broad shoulders, narrow hips and waist. Basically... a guy with a chick's body. Hell with it. Give me bitches or give me death.
not all skinny guys with a chick's physique is an idiot emo guy.i perfectly match the description and wear normal striped button up shirt and jeans.toolmaggot is cool, someone who appreciates the coke bottle guys ....and women's pants do fit better.
if you think a chicks body is gonna have broad shoulders and narrow hips........you've been fucking some oddly shaped chicks dear...... Don't worry about a beer belly...if anyone criticises yer gut, tell 'em it's the fuel tank for the worlds greatest sex machine
Well, my boyfriend's got a nice toned tummy and it's my favorite thing in the world, but I especially love it when it gets a bit soft because then it's nice to cuddle. I'm a fan of torsos, lol. My dad has a big belly, though, and some of my fondest memories were of cuddling up on his tummy and sleeping when I was a little girl. I'm not sure if that helps, but if your fiancee loves you just how you are, then you shouldn't be worried. Lose weight for you, not for anyone else. If you feel you should, then go ahead. As long as you're healthy, that's all that matters.
Now, since your fiancee said she thinks it looks ok, then she's the only one who it matters to and you shouldn't feel the need to have to get rid of it other then YOU wanting to get rid of it. My advice? Get rid of it. But don't lose sleep over it.
