I love felting...

    so, this could've been kinky but it ain't...

    for those who don't know, Felting is when you knit something out of wool, and wash it through a hot/cold cycle and it comes out shrunk and looking like felt... it's so cool! I've felted a dozen projects already... my mitts are my favourite....

    felting is amazing.....my mom and i have made purses, hats, mittens, and one embroidered teapot cover and they've all come out incredibly cute! it works with crocheting too (i only crochet; my mom knits)

    Felting is so fun and addictive. The repetetive motion is just satisfying. I might be wierd, but the end result is so cool. And it's so easy!

    ain't it just great?! I've made a bunch of winter knits as xmas gifts, they were so warm... and greatly appreciated as gifts!
    I've done with both knitting and crocheting, and yea.... there's a bit more texture to the crochet felts tho... but both turn out so great...
    I guess that makes us both weird... ;)

    That's felching...

    But ya right, felting is a wicked technique, you can make so many great and colourful clothes!

    Felching? really? never heard that before! I've attached 2 of my felted projects... sorry for the enormous size of the pics, I haven't yet figured out how to resize, sorry.
