pat a vita. k solution under the eyes before bed and in the morning.... also tea tree oil (dilluted in mixes!) has seemed to help my under eye circles but i dont think that is "proven"... just something that worked for me. also if you make an astringent with witch wazel and a few drops of lemon or lemon oil it lightens a bit.
i used to have HORRIBLE circles under my eyes... people would always comment that i needed sleep... like high school teachers and stuff and i always sleep eight hours! it was so annoying. those things worked pretty well for me.
For the acne try cutting pop, fast food, and fried foods out of your diet. Instead try drinking lots of water and eating stuff with a lot of antioxidants.
Yes lots of water and no junk food definitely helps with acne.. When I had bad acne I used tea tree oil face wash and that helped. But I have combination skin so I use seaweed moisterizer (all from the body shop) which is a light moisterizer. Lots and lots of water too can help with more than just acne. =P
Tea tree oil, hands down is the shit! I love the body shop because they have alot of natural remedies for taking care of acne and dark circles, okay well not ALL natural but mostly. As for dark circles, I have nooooo idea, I use a cream made by neutrogena. It helps alot, I have been using it maybe three days and I already see a difference.
I love witch hazel instead of toner/astringent because it's genteler also tea tree oil right onwhere you break out will zap it out overnight. I have cobination skin and swear clinique liquid facial soap in mild, and the put witch hazel on my face and then at night clinique's dramaticly different mosturizing lotion (they have an oil free version too) and then during the day I wear a tinted mousturizer with sunscreen that I got on the health foods store because I hate foundation..when I'm good and do these things and dont go to bed with makeup on they work really well!
acne, start taking zinc every morning, like a vitamin. and use loofa sponges, itll irratate it for a week but then itll be soo much better, about a month later, itll nearly be gone. as for the bags...tea bags over ur eyes at night?
