Bush & Cheney Authorized Classified Leaks to Press!!!

Now this is the interesting part. I think we all knew who authorized the Plame leak and why, but I did not expect this investigation to shed any light on these broader, selective leaks.

 

Yeah, this won't help his approval rating. So much for the great Bush comeback.

 

You underestimate the idiocy of his supporters.

 

The Bushies treat their subordinates poorly. Blaming the State of the Union yellowcake on a speachwriter is one example.

Apparently, Libby decided that their treatment of him didn't buy his silence before the grand jury.

 

It certainly puts Bush's statements about wanting to know who leaked the information about Valerie Plame in an interesting light. When he said this on 9/30/03, he had to have known that the likely source was Libby--Bush himself "declassified" the document used in the leak (a highly unusual way to declassify it, as well). This is just one more example of this administration's willingness to break the law when it suits them to do so.

 

yeah things are finally catching up with Bush. Good thing Cheney has been exposed as well so if one is forced to resign the other will be forced to resign as well. They might find a way to cover things up though:
