just tell anything you know about it. is it realy so dangerous. one of my friends has tried said it was 100x stronger than acid and that he never wants it again. so naturaly i am interested
It's RELATED to DXM or Kedamine, not meaning it has the same effects. It's not much like acid, it does have a pycedelic side to it, but its more a mind trip than a visual thing, and most of the visuals arnt like acid, like pixels but more like big-head mode and askew depth perception.. phencyclidine, to me anyway, makes me feel primal, even at lower doses... I could easily hurt someone... so I see why theres so much bad info on it.. but if done properly, and knowingly (not in a laced doobie), it might have uses recreationaly.. and safely.. mmm bleh
it's nothing like acid. psychedelics like lsd shows you the "something" (the light), dissociatives like PCP show you the "nothing" (the void). i used to thoroughly enjoy pcp, I would sit/lay in a daze, and listen to my favorite music...completely blissed out and calm. not everyone freaks out and goes crazy on it, that's a common misconception; it's a poorly understood compound (because sigma receptors are poorly understood), and can actually be neuroprotective if administered immediately after a stroke; but the dissociation is intense, sometimes more than some people can handle.
so pcp makes your mind empty? i mean does it like clear all thoughts just plain nothingness? i thought it kinda put you in a trance to Quote my friend " if lsd is like you have a lightsaber and fight darthvader then pcp is like your in the fucking starwars" i thought it meant like losing yourself in drug like in strong lsd dose losing your self and "being one with the universe" - type? plz correct me if i am wrong
it dissociates (literally, separates your mind from your body); you feel detached, and that's what a lot of people have trouble dealing with, and others feel the need to stay like that (psychological addiction) I don't recommend trying it, for the possibility of either of those negative outcomes (also keep in mind, its a 4 - 8 hour ordeal); if you decide to try it, do a very small amount first, be around someone close, away from any potential negative situations, and be in a good mood. I was 18, and living with friends, when I did it. I wouldn't recommend doing it at your parents' house.
yeah well id rather not try it well unless i happen to find it wich isnt very likely but i thought it would be nice to have a thread trying to get together the facts since pcp is like half myth
Here are some trip reports from PCP users: http://www.erowid.org/experiences/subs/exp_PCP.shtml Note that 3 are classified as "glowing experiences" while 8 are "difficult experiences" and another 3 are "bad trips". Should tell you something. And when I said "bad juju" I mean just that; just like some psychoactives are biased toward the positive, this one's biased toward the negative. I've never met anyone who's tried it who said it was worth going through again. (Though you will read of some folks who dig it.)
like me. different strokes for different folks (it's not for everyone) if you're interested in that dissociative effect, try Ketamine; it's much gentler than PCP, smoother and less toxic than both PCP and DXM, and lasts an hour tops. if you want facts, you can look them up, or ask me (I've used it extensively , and am well-read about it); I'll also debunk myths very quickly. I won't tell you how you will react to it, because nobody can; I can only offer advice. People react differently. I tend not to think of substances in terms of "good and bad", but rather, which may elicit detrimental side effects, and possible habitual behavior (same thing, I guess, based on utility). PCP is certainly capable of fitting these criteria, but not as severe and widespread as other noted hard drugs of abuse (i.e. amphetamines, cocaine, alcohol, opiates, and benzodiazepines)
not a bad choice; ketamine is particularly nice, because you don't get the nasty side effects that come with high doses of DXM, but they're both safer than PCP. Ket is one of my all-time favorites, awesome to just lay and meditate; very blissfull, if you enjoy dissociation.
"numb/dumb/crazy" ---> wuz talkin' bout the pcp -- got a bump o' K stashed away, but it's just sittin' there... decided to flush the dust back in umm '75, maybe... never again, thanks...
But a horse gets it as narcotic at a higher dose. If you take it like a horse then you must be as smart as one. By the way, children get that as anesthetic, too. So it's not only made for horses.
perhaps he means ketamine. at any rate, these medicines are not made for animals, its just that animals dont complain about having their mind detatch from itself. so they dont administer it to humans. if it werent for the psychoactive properties of these drugs, they would be used on humans.
