good job! you've definetly captured the essence of the picture... IMO emotion is harder to capture than the simple drawing, and i think you captured that, for lack of a better term, "old person look" - kind of looking off into space thinking about the past sort of thing. great drawing, you can definetly see the resemblance between the two of you! by the way, that is probably the coolest tattoo i've ever seen.
thank you everybody. i'm told that i am good at capturing emotion from a lot of people who has actually seen all my portraits as well. i appreciate you guys taking the time to look at my drawings. and thanks about the tattoo coment too. it was a spontaneous idea and somehow it worked out.
