When was the last time you opened the windows to your house? You should do it today if the weather permits.
monday I think... I started doing it and I got a naaaasty cold, so I left mine open less frequently than I started at
I just had my windows open in my house a couple of days ago. Then we got hit with temps in the 30's again and freaking snow, so I had to close them all back up again. But today it's suppose to be almost 60, so I'll open them up for a bit to get some fresh air running through here. The kids are all sick with colds and I blame it on this messed up weather we've been having. But I think the fresh air will do them good.
even if its below zero, i have to at least open my windows once a day..it would drive me crazy if i dont..have to get some fresh air in my apartment...
Sometimes i like to open the windows, but i have terrible allergies and sometimes i dont like to be outside, now that springs about here. but the fresh air is nice
everyday we do...maybe like 4 days outta the year we dont when it's hailing or raining hard or other weird weather. I get sick to my stomach if I don't have freash air or can't be outside for at least a few hours today. It's cool becaise I chose to do all my trainings at the marina and they have an outdoor conference room right on the bay, it's not that much more than tthe other rooms and I would rather use that room and not have a co-rpresenter or assistant so I do all of my own setup ect so I can be out near the water...today's my first day utilizing this room though so we shall see if people are watching me or the boats lol...or if I'll be watching the boats heheeeeee
I had all the windows open in the office until of course all the people protesting decided to march down the street in front of our office. Was way to loud to concentrate. It was quite an amazing thing to watch at first, but then between the helicopters and sirens along with the screaming. I just couldnt take it anymore. They are all open now though. Feels really nice outside.
