If you do decide to do sit-ups/crunches (for whatever reason) don't just to loads of work on your "abs," you will cause serious back problems for yourself in later life. You need to equally develop muscle pairs, in this case your lower back. You can do this by lying facedown and lifting your back up from the hips as high as you can and lowering slowly down just using your back muscles (sadly no real visual effect for all your hard work!) This will stop you damaging yourself and prevent backpain when you get old and have stopped trying to impress the ladies! If you look at gymnasts they always work antagonistic muscle pairs for this reason.
So is me shooting my load on her face, but she lets me do it... personally, while I find covering a girls face in cum awesome, you could look upon that as degrading as well... and I find working out and trying to get in shape for someone a heck of a lot LESS degrading (or in my opinion, not degrading at all) then jacking off in a girls face, you know?
of course i'm not going to complain if someone is in good shape. but i'd rather have someone on the bigger side, even if its the "fit" bigger side. i like the big teddy bear types... or the guys that look like they coulda been a linebacker or something in high school. the more sturdy he is, the safer i'll feel in his arms, and thats soo important to me. i've dated a few guys with 6packs and fit everything else... and it was annoying. the thing about muscles with me, is they're nice to google at from afar, but not to cuddle up with at night. whats cuddly about a super hard body?
Haha... it's not "getting in shape" for a girl that is demeaning. My point is (not saying you're in this situation - but your post did remind me of something I commonly see): I think that deriving one's sense of self-worth from what a girlfriend likes/doesn't like about physical appearance is what is degrading.
i like some chub on my man it's not a turn off at all it's actually more of a turn on for me. if you are trying to get a six pack doing floor situps is just going to take forever and it only targets your upper abs (i should know i have nice upper abs then my baby fat on the lower stomach). What you should do is lay on the floor with a ball between your legs (by the knees,ankles or mid calf) and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle and bring you knees into your chest as you lift your upper body. Or lay on the floor flat and raise your body into a V do a couple hundred of those instead of the regular situps.
