in a little over a week go me. I weigh a little more actually- 166 (I'm 5'9 with d's) instead of 159 but my clothes fit again and I have less fat so who give a shit about the scale I want to lose 4 more percent and then I will be at 23. I looked at my chart fromt he last time i was in personal triaing and I had 19 percent a few years ago ): my trainer said that's impossible for my body now ):
why is it impossible? Trainers really shouldn't be telling you something is impossible. I know plenty of women who have kids and have been overweight who have lost a lot of body fat and now are quite lean. If you want it, it is most certainly possible. Unless you have some sort of medical condition. Maybe he just doesn't know how to train you that hard??? In any event, good job!
No kidding. If you want to lose more weight, then you can if you put your heart and soul into it. Keep up the good work.
