hey all. my mom just got a puppy, a lil pitbull. only problem is, no name for the tiny guy. any ideas, guys? so far we've come up with Ryder, Maddoxx, and Luke. . .
I usually end up calling a dog by its color - white dog blue dog black dog. That works until ya have two of the same color... *g*
Lets see my dog is named Pirate...Hope that helps some. since hes a pit and has short hair name him Fluffy!
We just got a Shar-Pei named Hansel. We had a Pit Bull of couple of years back named Chad. There's a couple more names.
Two of my friends had pitbulls, one was Sarge, and one was Buck. I also knew someone with a pit and its name was Tiny, which I thought was funny.
make sure the name fits the dog and his/her personality. babynames.com has a lot of names. I like "People" names for my animals. I have Brina and Pepe , Thora and Pesto (ok Pesto might not be a "person" name). Don't limit yourself to "Spot", "Midnight" or "Snoopy".

I always name my dogs after great legends...like Hendrix, Marley, Joplin, Garcia, Crosby Stills Nash & Younge....you get the point.
