I doubt it very highly. After all, there is the house sign to consider. I have Virgo rising and my perfectionism concerns doing the very best job possible and doing it right the first time. I have seen others which are much more into perfectionism (to the point of being anal-retentive.) What is the ruler of Virgo? Is it Mercury or Venus? It is Mercury, so find the house which has Mercury posited, see if it is exhalted, retrograde, etc. That may give a better indication.
Virgo here. Perfectionist, check. I think this study of yours is very informal, is going to get all kinds of self-reporting bias in its answers, and anyway, have you even established well-defined criteria for determining what qualifies someone as a perfectionist? I don't think you've really thought this through. Clearly, you're not a perfectionist.
