So I took the cap of a tiki torch, and turned it into a phat little chillum. Like a chillum steamroller. So anyways, I was getting a lot of crapola in my mouth and lungs, so I just put a piece of duct tape over the mouth of the piece and poked a few holes. It hit amazingly, I'm high as blass, and I just smoked. Anyways, when I took the duct tape off, to examine my handiwork, it was covered in crud! I was so happy! It was so nice to throw that crud covered piece of duck tape into the trash! That's right, sir, that stuff is in my TRASH, not my lungs! So anyways, are there any possible health concequences of this practice involving duct tape screens?
I'd use something else probably but I dont see how it would be too much of a problem as long as its not getting heated up too much.
Exactly what i was thinking. I though tin cans were ghetto, but a damn TIKI TORCH? Come on. Didnt have any wood or metal laying around to make something outta?
I would use 1000 other things before I would even concider using a tiki torch can... what the hell. Did it ever occur to you that the reason you are getting a lot of crapola is because your using such device?
like passittotheleft said, just make sure it doesn't get hot enough to vaporize. how hot that is, i do not know... anyone happen to know the vaporization point of duct tape?
you would need to find out what the duct tape is made out of, primarily and then look at the heat of vaporization of all of the different stuff that is in it. but yeah a tiki torch is a definate 11 on the ghetto scale
haha, dude, that is crazy. lol, no one can say stoners are inventive. as long as the duct tape doesn't heat up to much, it won't be a big deal. but smoking out of metal isn't usually a good idea. i'd just find an 18 year old to take you to a pipe shop and spend 10$ and get a pipe.
Well, alot of pipes are made of metal. You are unlikely to get a good glass piece for $10 too. Emphasis on the word good.

Didn't anyone tell you?? Duct tape causes testicular cancer!! But really, as long as the duct tape's a few inches from the flame then it's all gravy.
i have a wood chillum also and i just used to deal with all the crud in my mouth, that just told me thats its done lol, but now i made my own screen from aluminum foil and put it in the bowl and it works perfect. i barley use it anymore though =(
You most certanly can find an OK glass pipe for 15, maybe even 10. I'd take a fucking 10$ glass piece over a tiki torch with duct tape on the mouth peice ANY day
it may not be the greatest, but you cant beat it for the price CVS sells corncob pipes for 5$ around here
