Anyone out ther into 'neurosis', or have had the opportunity to see them. I have seen them twice and they were awe inspiring. Let me know your views.
I'm not really into them, but I've heard their music. It's ok but not really interesting to me. However, I do like other bands that mix doom, stoner and sludge elements.
I've only heard one song of theirs; Soverign. Awesome. Pelican also have a similar sound which I like too

I used to get into them. They sound too emotional and sad for my tastes right now. I still listen to a few rockin' songs on "Through Silver in Blood". Anybody try fusing Neurosis with Tribes of Neurot? It's pretty damn tight. I have Times of Grace fused somewhere I forget what with. I think Pelican sounds more like Godspeed. If I'm not mistaken it's a side project for some of them. Pelican has some strong tunes.
