"mention of marijuana" could mean a person got high and then jumped in front of a bus... and 200 percent is meaningless unless we are given actual numbers. jeez.

It's articles like this that make me wonder if they will ever legalize pot. I wish somebody would just kill people as retarded as the "Drug Czar" just to eliminate them from the gene pool. If killing is too harsh, I think I would be ok with them being castrated. I'm just sick of people spreading all these "facts" which seem not to have any scientific basis behind them to try and sway the people's opinion.

Haha, even the guy in charge of Harborview didn't seem to care about what Waters was saying that much. Most of the article was talking about alcohol and drug addictions, with Walters just spewing a few lines of manufactured bullshit at the begining trying to make connections that aren't really there.
