He's not over his ex yet...if you're going to be involved with him at all, it should JUST be at a friendship level. If you pursue a relationship with him now, it's almost guaranteed that you will be hurt...because his heart won't be entirely with you. That's not to say that you two will NEVER have a chance, but it's going to take some time, if/when he ever does get over his ex.
my ex is back with me bleh some girl he was hanging out with when we were apart gave me her phone number and tried to make a playdate for our kids. now, how fucked up is that? you're 22, you're young and in your prime. dont put up with that kind of bullshit. you already answered your own question. As a guy and we tend to be a bit bad when allowed (not all but...) I would assume that it might be a bad idea to let him think he can have a chance without a choice. If he believes he has a chance for both or both as a safety net ne has the control, bad idea there. If he wants you then he had better leave her and 100% behind. Dont let guys walk on ya, yes there are more women that men but men tend to seek women more than you seek us so you have the upper hand. If a guy loves you, trust me there is nothing he wont do to win your love. If he just seeks you for your surface values and even light inner value than he likely wont invest the time.
