ok so i know there are no "safe" diet pills...but does anyone have any information out there about "saf-er" ones? ie--ones that are not very very very harmful. yes i kno they are not good for you, but im doing research and im stumped. many of them have different things in them, im not sure what works, what doesnt. so basically, any info on diet pills u can give me would be appreaciated. thank u.
there are no safe ones besides vitamins. You are really thin now anyway and look great. Don't do the diet pills and all that crap it's not worth it now and will come back to bite you in the ass in the form of major health problems.
^^yeah what lynsey said do you have an eating disorder? seriously, you're really thin already. if anything you should be looking to bulk up a bit.
Sunshine, I really don't think you'll find information or advice here, considering diet pills are one of the most horrible things for you. I strongly urge you to reconsider any urge you might have to try them.... Please PM me, if you do... I've had experience with them before, and with eating disorders, and I think it's better you know what you might be in for if you're starting to get worried about controlling your weight and intake of food... Maybe I'm way off base here, but posts like this make me a bit nervous...
I'd stay the hell away from them. They have the worst history of almost any class of drug on the market, due to illnesses, deaths, addictions ect. You look good to me. Hell, if I had your bod, I'd be stuffing myself with cake.
well i know what its like not to want to hear "dont do that blah blah blah" (not that its what you guys are saying, because i agree, diet pills are a big no-no) BUT because i know that noone can tell you to just 'forget' something, ill humor your question. ive never taken diet pills and never will. however, my friend (16 years old) takes Zantrex (spelling?) and she lost a lot of weight. she took those for about 4 months and looked amazing. she stopped taking them, though, and has gotten heavier than ever. i used to work with a woman (about 22) and she took Trimspa, but i never saw the eeffects of it. but she also ate like a freakin cow, so i mean i cant say it was the medicine. please be careful no matter what your decision. these personally didnt appeal to me just because it just didnt seem worth the effort or money. good luck!
I take Duromine, and I have lost about 20kgs in the last three months - but I was VERY overwieght and really needed the kickstart. Mostly what these tablest have done is reduce appetite and give me heaps of energy (they are basically speed) so I go to the gym heaps more and eat hardly anything.
Actually Sunshine, I'm going to send you a PM in case you don't read this but, I was thinking about it, and there are safer ways to help you lose weight if you really feel it's necessary. You look thin to me, and the rest of us, but then again I don't know your story. It takes a lot of work for me to stay thin, so I don't know *shrugs* maybe you really work at it a lot. Anyway, have you ever tried drinking green tea? If you drink like, 2-3 cups of regular green tea a day it can do wonders for your metabolism, and it's safe as long as you do fine with caffeine. Regular green tea normally is caffeinated, but there are decaf options as well... I'm not sure if the decaf works the same or not [someone else can answer that if they know ] I have terrible metabolism BECAUSE of my history with eating disorders, and green tea really helped me, so that I wouldn't gain all kinds of weight for eating like a normal person. Anyhow, that's the best advice I have for you regarding diet supplements...diet pills ARE terrible but there are other, much safer options to boost you in the right direction if you need it.
