Helping third world countries: what can i do?
i feel quite strongly about alot of the problems that are occuring in Africa and some of asia, there are wars, famine, desertification, strife of many kinds.

i want to know what i can do to help. this is what i have on my mind so far:
    • Once i get a job (ye ok i admit im a lazy bum:p ) im going to be donating to many charities for different causes (heh, whats 3 pounds a month?)
    • VSO after i graduate college
but it feels like there isnt enough one person can do other than helping the charities that are allready set up.
i want to shout out to every one especially those who have power to do something about it cos an unfair world is not a human world.

How about this: get rich so you can donate more. A lot of people with no particularly useful skills want to volunteer. But Africa doesn't need people to spend $1000 on airfare so they can come and dig ditches for them.

Look at Bill Gates. He is doing more for Africa than any volunteer ever will.

go through your closet and donate your clothes to a local charity or UNICEF. Go through your toys and donate them to a charity. Do a food drive to raise canned goods or a bake sale to raise money for charity. Knock door to door to beg for change to donate to a charity. ?
