A guy asked me how long I was going to let my hair grow

I measured from the top of my head and from the nape of my neck. (I don't know which one counts though.) I got a reading of 30 inches from the top of my head and 20 inches from the nape of my neck. Which one is the right measurement? How long should I let it grow? (It's almost to my butt now.) Should I get it cut?

like the song from hair, i'd have said until it stops by itself. i think long hair looks good on everybody too. saying that i might seem like a hypocrit keeping mine as short as i do. but this is because i've found out the hard way that i have a sort of skin alergy to my own hair. which is really sad. because i would love to have been able to grow my own long and long and forever.

Don't cut it! I wish my hair were that long, but I'm working on it. I'd like to get it to my waist. Right now, when it's all brushed down nice and neat, it's past the middle of my back, which is cool, but I want to get it to my waist.

 

I'm going for it. I want to be able to si on it lol. That's been my hair dram. People pull on my hair though. THey won't let me sit on it I just know it. lol
