George W. puffin' a Pipe Pendant - hobo art - very rare item!

I am a coin cutter and handcrafted these pendants using only non-electric handtools. They are made from real US quarters and are very sturdy and make quite a statement. Coin cutting is a popular hobo art but has been around for centuries. It is not illegal as many people tend to think. These particular pieces were especially hot at Grateful dead shows from the sixties to the nineties, but have also sold very well at String Cheese shows, Phish shows, Barter Fairs, Rainbow Gatherings and not to mention, hempfests. I was blown away and amazed the first time I saw this piece. It was the first coin I learned to cut and have sold more of these than any of the other hundreds of coins I transform.
