I just got 5x salvia extract, and its this purple sticky stuff. This will be my first salvia trip ever. any advice before i take it? and what will i expetc to happen in 5x extract? im 5'9 and weigh 130. thanks alot in advance.
make area comfortable. have a pen and paper handy have a drink of water handy a sitter is reccommended in case you wander (a real possibility) try a) use a small pipe and combust 1/25th of a gram using a regular lighter inhale all of it in one strong continuous ingnition. hold for 20 seconds. or try b) use a bong or water pipe and combust 1/10th of a gram using a torch lighter inhale all of it in one strong continuous ingnition. (this method is lossy but many prefer it, I cannot say why) hold for 20 seconds. the effects may start immediately but will not peak until 60 seconds. layered space and time is expected. relax
