    hahaha...

but really its all about hierarchy
not accusing anyone, but the trend leans towards all the people with more posts, the mindset is , i have more posts, i have more say in this forum, i am better than the other guy with less posts than me

not sayin this is 100 % horrible, i think a little bit of hierarchy is good in some circumstances, but alot of people on this forum have taken it way too far, basically deeming the 'offender' unworthy of life if they take one step over the line of ignorance, and keep in mind, alot of people are stoned on here (its the marijuana forum), so theres bound to be idiocy springing up like dandelions, but just let it go, it happens when youre high

as far as the wrong posts in the wrong forums, its because people form a sort of e-niche for themselves in the mj forum and are more apt to post in their 'e-habitat' if you will, its not that big a deal, so what, 30 seconds of your precious time were wasted reading a slightly off-topic thread, consider yourself diversified in knowledge for having read something new

    yeah
to expand on that, it fundamentally boils down to the idiocy of that notion
wonderboy for example has about 400 more posts than i do, but think about it, say i met wonderboy in real life, who knows who would be the 'better' person of either of us, for all you knwo, whoever your bitchin at could be a foot taller than you and well able to kick your ass, could have smoked 10 tiems as much as you in your lifetime, the number of posts someone has on an internet forum is by no way a good measure of a man(or woman)

btw i'm not at all sayin your a bitcher wonderboy you were just the first one that came to mind that has more posts than me so i used you as an example, you actually seem pretty cool

if anything i feel the "hierarchy" is by how long ppl have been a member, and ppl who have been members for a long time DO have the privialge to bash and critisize others because they have seen noob some, they see what noobs do, and they know when people are posting stupid or ignorant comments because we have all seen it before

as fo posting in the wrong forums, if you are going to read these posts and feel "diversified" WHY THE HELL DO WE HAVE MULTIPLE FORUMS THEN??? good forums arent just 1 main section and u post all the bullshit and hoohaa in the single section, seperate forums are made for ppl to easilly find the posts they want to read, they arent being forced to read BS that shouldnt be there in the first place

AND...if it wasnt there in the first place, no one would have a reason to bash the poster because for all accounts that post SHOULD BE THERE!

    done.

idk what exactly is the criteria for the hierarchy, but really member length and posts are pretty directly proportional

but that still doesnt give you or any other 'high-poster/longtime member' the right to bash, it gives you the wisdom to gently rebuke the person, if it bothers you, tell the person of their error, and let them take it at their own perrogative

what experience does render you worthy of is respect, at the most, not the right to trash people, thats why the saying is 'respect your elders', not 'allow your elders to whip you mercilessly for every slightly incoherent/ignorant comment you ever make'

and the diversified comment was a polite, sarcastic way of saying 'get over yourself, your no more important than anyone else so much that 30 seconds of your time gone away makes you king'

at the end of the day, did you walk away emotionally damaged because someone put a post in the wrong forum?

and dont think to say i'm bashing you dj, i think youre cool, and i respect you as much as one can on the internet

i'm just trying to say the bashing needs to stop

Mr. Charlie, you've got it covered man.

It seriously is a problem though that some people on here are stoned and being dumb, and the sober people forget that ...they're stoned. haha

Some dude once said..."cant we all just get along?"

Arguments are always bound to happen no matter what, if we can all just be civil about it, then its cool. Its when people start tossin' insults back and forth that we all get up tight. Lets all just take it easy, smoke some bud, and live life.

    Stayhuman.
