when I'm older I one day want to live in a hippie commune in some place that is warm and kind of tropical... where should I go? It sounds like a nice place to live for a few months at least...

We have tremendous potential for growth and change. We are a
creating a New Story right here in the middle of the Old Story.
Nothing is to be thrown away that still has some value.

EcoLogical Living could be about the watershed we live in and not
just our own but all of the Eco Region we live within and we may
play a very Key role in the protection and the propagation of all
that is good in that region.

It could even be about the Earth and all the people and the plants
and the animals who live there without ever knowing who is going to
care about them. Well it's our job now. It's every ones job to care
about the things that do matter and not to care about the things
    that don't matter.

This is about working together with what we've got and what is here
to work with. Even if you don't think you have anything much to
offer that is what we are all going to have to learn to work with
    one way or another.

We don't want to be the people who have everything. We don't even
like most of what they want to sell us. But who are we? We are the
    Stewards of the Earth.

We have called the people to action from all over the world. And now
they have begun to show up and some are still wet from the green
jungles they have just climbed out of.

That is what the Magic of Sustainable Community is all about. It is
just dripping wet with the water that life is made out of so let's
try to keep it as pure and clean as we can.

It is our job to take care of the land and the people and the
natural environment that surrounds us. That is the assignment we
have been given. We have a vision to share. We are not here just to
cover our own backsides for a lifetime that goes nowhere and means
nothing. That should already have been tried by now. And you should
    know it doesn't work.

We don't make a lot of empty promises about paradise found. A lot of
the focus is on what is possible for us to do right now and within
the next few years within the process of the creation and the rapid
expansion of this Magical group that has built up around Sustainable
    Community.

Very pragmatic people here who are just disengaging from the System.

In this way we will have to be willing to vote with our feet this
time and not just with words. But not without taking full
responsibility for the creation of another world that is just a
little bit more sustainable and that we would like to be able to
share with a few other folks around the world.

And so in that way it does come back again like the Dove in the
Myth, and with an Olive Branch in its mouth, both of which would be
excellent symbols for what it is that we are doing here. Wider
    participation is welcomed.

We do have a chance for all the kindred spirits to meet
coming right up soon so don't be afraid to speak up and

    get involved. - T
