These pendants were hand cut using non-electric handtools. They are cut using real US quarters. I also make the same pendant but with George smoking a joint. This is a very rare, hard to find item, as coin cutting is a very rare and grueling profession. I sell these pieces oftentimes on ebay under the seller name "petsalad" for about twelve bucks. That's dirt cheap compared to other cutters prices, if you can even find these pieces elsewhere. These pendants make quite the statement and sell very well at hempfests, rainbow gathering, barter fair, string cheese, phish shows, and used to be a regular staple at Grateful Dead shows. I usually sell these between the ten and twenty dollar price range, but if one were to want a wholesale purchase for investment purposes, I'd go as low a six bucks a pop (orders of ten or more). I have photos of my coin work at www.myspace.com/coincutter
Check it out if you like! Thanks for lookin' -Rob ps will also consider interesting trades....
