What signs, placements or aspects are most likely to cause psychological problems such as mental illness, ect.? I know I've read that Astrologers look for placements in the 12th house when reading charts of [mass] murderers. Anyone know anything else about it?
I hope this helps, but your probibly well aware of the things i'm mentioning I think that one wat to tell is one of the rulling planets will be in a house thats completly opposite to it. like my mars in cancer and moon in aries mars rules aries, but i have aries in my moon instead of being ruled by mars. and the bascily the two aspects have conflict. Its not serrious conflict but i guess theres some conflict. A less complicated way is to you look at the chart and notice if the 12 houses in the inner circle are off alignement with the outer wheel that contains the signs, all try to put my chart up to show you what i mean.
I read up on this exact question, which signs are more prone to mental illnesses, the feedback I got was from a wonderful book intitled Health Signs, by Miss Petulengro. There are supposed to be statistics that have shown that a vast majority of patients in psych wards are either Scorpios or Pieces (sorry if I didn;t spell that correctly) Aries are prone to have mental health issues in dealing with stress such as heavy migranes and anxiety etc. I assume that mental illnesses not only have o do with your sign but your family background, your biological make-up and some possible chemical imbalances. Sorry if I wasn;t direct enough, hope it helped.

Make sense because venus is the sign of love and if its in mars or pluto that person will love violence.

I'm a Pisces with a Scorpio rising and all my life I have had one problem after the other. I have Pluto in Scorpio, Venus in Pisces and Mars in Sagittarius. Could this information mean something ?
Pisces here with a Scorpio moon. no mental health issues at all. i would be surprised if you can generalize like that. i've done a bit of research on criminal minds & it has more to do with biochemical imbalance (too much copper, lead, etc.) and if you correct the imbalances then they don't have a criminal mind anymore.
That's because you CAN'T generalize like that. To me, if you say your Moon is in Scorpio, doesn't tell me anything other than generalizations. It's about as helpful as saying Chinese people like Chinese food.
