Nope... Mississippi John Hurt, he pioneered acoustic fingerstyle blues. He became slightly famous then became a farmer in Mississippi in 1929 during the great depression. Lived as a farmer on the Mississippi delta until he was rediscovered by a couple people in the 60s, recorded some old songs he wrote, then died about a year or two later. I don't think he ever married. He was sort of folk blues. He sang of the working man and such in many songs...
