My first song I want to trip to so bad is kashmir by zeppelin. My second pick would have to be dazed and confused. Anyone else have any suggestions?

I've never tripped to a Zeppelin song before, but I tripped to the whole album of Jimi Hendrix's Electric Ladyland...That was awesome...

The whole "Dark Side of the Moon" album by Pink Floyd. Incredible trip music.

i dont know its weird I always say damn this song must be awesome when tripping cuz it opens doors to wondering or memory but i play it on the trip damn everything is the same , any music,

it all loses the meaning it had in sober reality...but the ambiance stays

Oh yeah I'm in the shrooms forum.. In that case, the last time I did shrooms we listened to some electronic beautiful stuff. I think it was called M83 or something like that. It was really nice though for a shroom trip.

Yeah man, I know what you mean. Though I can still find new things about it that are cool, it's not like when you listen to something you've never heard before and you're tripping...I had that happen to me when me and some friends were chillin' in a local coffee shop after about 6 hours into an acid trip, maaaaan I still don't know what the hell it was but that was some dreeeeaaamy music.

That's why you should listen to something you've never heard before, but you know it'll be good music, that'd guarantee a trippy experience.

Try the Spacemen 3 album "Taking drugs to make music to take drugs to"...if the title doesn't say it all, the music will....

All depends on the mood you want. I hope you're using a visualizer too. :)

    Here's my favorites:

M83-Before The Dawn Heals Us. - Relaxed, grandiose synth-heavy electronic music. For seeing the future.

Boy Least Likely To-The Best Party Ever - Happy, simple music. Sounds like it's made by a group of wood elves.

    DJ Krush-Code 4109 - Mind-warping trip-hop.

Portishead-Roseland NYC[live] - Hypnotising, comfortable trip-hop. For you tripping lovers out there.

Amon Tobin-Out From Out Where - Terrifyingly awesome electronica. To hell and back.

...Trail of Dead-Worlds Apart - A super-complicated pop-rock band that sounds like it consists of peasants from 14th century Great Britain. Classically etherial, always interesting grittty brit-rock.

Maria Taylor-11:11 - The perfect balance of simple and deep. This album will change your life when tripping.

    Viktor Vaughn-Venomous Villian - Other-worldly hip-hop.

I don't really plan what I'm going to listen to. Any of the music I listen to while sober is nice.

When I'm tripping, I always try to listen to The Soft Parade at least once. It just seems to work well with my trips.

    Grateful Dead - UNBROKEN CHAIN

IMO one of their most underappreciated songs. Sit in the dark and listen to the crazy production shit in the background. Everytime I hear that song I get chills... amazing
