Hey. Just curious if anyone can give me a good list of natural remedies for stuff (for example, i've heard if you eat dandelions you get rid of sickness and whatnot) any random thing would be appreciated. also... I've heard around that running on trails (hiking trails, etc) is better for your legs than running on concrete. Is this true? Thanks!
it's not so much trail running that's better for you as it is just softer surfaces. running on concrete/asphalt is hard on your knees especially because the impact your body's gotta absorb is significantly more than on something with a bit more "give" to it.
